Question Any Idea What AS This Is?

I know this picture is the equivalent to the quality of the Bigfoot photo but I figure if anyone were to guess what it is, it would be you guys and gals. Click image for larger version

The story:

A few streets down from my house this mysterious airstream showed up. It hasn't moved in a while so I'm wondering if it will eventually go up for sale. I know I could knock on the door and express my interest but until I have the cash saved up, I'm not hoping to make any offers.

Anyway, any idea what this could be? It only has the one front window as opposed to the wrap-around and it has a small trapezoid shaped symbol in red and white between the middle and rear windows of the trailer- you can partially see that in the photo. I believe this AS is also a single axel.

If anyone has any idea around what year or what model/size this trailer is, even if it's a long shot, I'd be very grateful!

Thanks,

Britt

There are a lot of photos here and at vintageairstream.com, where you may find the answer to your question.

I agree with AW Warn, It looks a lot like our '77 Overlander.

I would just knock on the door introduce myself and tell
Them you love airstream trailers and just start up
A conversation with them. Most I have met are really happy to
Tell you all about their trailers. They might even show you around
I know when we are camping people always come up and ask
Us questions we always invite them in to look around.

Almost certainly tandem axle

Highly doubt it is a single axle trailer, given the length and age.

Mid-70s Sovereign?

IMO, it's a mid-70s International Sovereign (31ft), rear bath. Based on International logo design, window placement, length, etc. Definitely 2 axles. Note attached images of each. Two front windows on the Sovereign, single on Overlander.

If it recently showed up you might have a nearby fellow enthusiust who's going to do some work on it soon. If you do go over to say hi take a card with your name and phone number. You never know when they might get tired of it.

It's a 70s something Sovereign. The two large sets of windows are a giveaway.
