Anchorage, Alaska Parks

Hi, there are several parks in Anchorage, but most have less than stellar reviews. Anyone been to one in Anchorage they would recommend?

We have stayed for a couple of days twice in different years at Ship Creek RV park (in a rented Motorhome, not an Airstream). It is not fancy, but clean with friendly, helpful staff. Located near the railroad tracks (some people actually like being near the trains) in a sort of industrial area, it is, nevertheless, very close, walking distance to downtown. We'd stay there again if in the area.
