Yeah, my biggest “watch doggie” will run up to strangers and promptly sit down in front of them, expecting a greeting and lots of petting. He’s a total pushover if the stranger’s body language is friendly.

However, act the slightest bit furtive or suspicious, and there is no force on earth that will stop the whole pack from barking and growling until the stranger retreats. The big guy weighs about 25 pounds, sounds like a 75 pounder if he’s being defensive...
