Actual Length??

Hopefully someone that has one can help me. On a 1987 29 foot model is the trailer including the hitch 29? Or is just the box 29'?

In my experience Airstreams are traditionally measured from bumper to hitch.

Others more informed than I may be able to give you exceptions to that rule.

I owned a 1987 29' Squarestream for 4 years. It is actually closer to 29' and 6" from hitch to bumper.

The 1987 29' Argosy is 29'5" total length and the 29' Sovereign is 29'2" total length.

Hitch to bumper

Hitch to bumper, but for advertising purposes they make it what they want. For example my 20' FC is 20' 10" which is much closer to 21'. I have no idea why.
