Streamline Regency is here!

Hi there! Breacking news from Manerba del Garda 1959 Streamline Regency 28' from Indiana has just arrived, I guess the first one in Italy. No problems about shipping and I think I've got good deal. First check up is ok stright outside solid floor no moist inside. I love her rear / front Armadillo's roof look and jalousie Windows which cranck open. I post shots. Underbelly is smooth...maybe too much I don't see any stabilizer down there. Is it vintage trailer's standard? This is my first American coach and my first real question.

There should be four spots usually marked with paint where the frame has been reinforced with a flat metal pads . These pads are located under the aluminum skin. back in the day most used screw jacks to stabilize the trailer. body looks great.

Congrats Luca. I was wondering if your trailer made the trip safely. Enjoy the restoration and post lots of pictures.

Hello Bluestar99. The trip was long and we all were in doubt about. Everything is just right. It's a pleasure for me adding pics. Now I'm going to find out underbelly's painted spots for next campground's point of stability as suggested. And what about tire's puncture? A couple of screw jacks on the side are right? I'd like to get a solid joint beneath.

First subfloor inspection

My first step looking at a floor's small soft square next the front door. I cutted stopping against frame's outriggers. Here below shot. I could evaluate floor/shell relationship quite different from AS', I guess good for next subfloor replacement no shell off requested. My surprise for any insulation down there is it the standard? Maybe ballypan's patch present at the bottom is the reason why Thanks for your words
