Spartan Motorhome?

This thing has been parked here for years just around the alley from me.

That's very cool - what a slick job, and those front end windows were just perfect to double as a windshield.

The absence of cutouts for the wheels is... striking. I had to look at a closeup for several seconds before I could convince myself I saw evidence of a right-front tire at all! That looks like a deliciously expensive and unique project.

It is well taken care of but don't know who owns it and don't know who owns the parking lot where it is parked
