It is not possible. They had to make a mistake.
But it probably is significantly lower just considering that the Bowlus is nearly 2 fit lower (8' vs 9'9") than a 25' Airstream to begin with. So even if their mass distribution patterns were identical (lets say, in the center) , the Bowlus' CG could be considered to be appx 1 ft lower to start with.
Then, the Bowlus has no AC way up on on the roof and its wall framing is aluminum. The arch shaped roof/wall needs less framing and, interior and exterior sheathing than an Airstream. All of that means less mass above the axle/frame.
