With several comparisons to Airstream.

Beautiful machine. I quit reading after this...................

Interesting that the video says the center of mass is 4 feet lower than on a comparably sized Airstream.
How is that physically possible?

It is not possible. They had to make a mistake.

But it probably is significantly lower just considering that the Bowlus is nearly 2 fit lower (8' vs 9'9") than a 25' Airstream to begin with. So even if their mass distribution patterns were identical (lets say, in the center) , the Bowlus' CG could be considered to be appx 1 ft lower to start with.

Then, the Bowlus has no AC way up on on the roof and its wall framing is aluminum. The arch shaped roof/wall needs less framing and, interior and exterior sheathing than an Airstream. All of that means less mass above the axle/frame.

We love the Bowlus, though we're pretty sure we wouldn't be fans of a cassette toilet.

I like the vintage Airstream shape more but appreciate the style and what sounds like a well built quality product. I'm glad they are making them
