Several possibilities:

Oliver or Casita are most likely.

I am not certain, but it appears that the tow vehicle may be a Hudson Pickup (late 1930s) that has been heavily modified. The trailer looks like it could be either a Burro or a Casita from the late 1970s through the late 1980s.

The trailer may be a Scamp or Bowler, or Casita. There have been several small fiberglass trailers but I believe that the three I listed all have the seam around the "belt line". Some others have the seam down the center.

I believe the truck is a 1940 Ford. If not a '40, perhaps a '39, but most certainly a Ford. Ford used that same cab through the 1947 model year, perhaps a year or so longer. The top has been chopped several inches.

Based upon the photos that I found, it appears that the trailer is more likely a Scamp 13 foot with an optional opening window in the door.

If not a Boler, I would say a Scamp.

Never saw a Perris Pacer.

Ask them

Anyone with that rig is obviously the type who you can easily ask about their pride and joy. I'll bet they are fun folks.

There is a photo gallery here:

Molded Lightweight Fiberglass Travel Trailers

The nearest I could find was a trailer called a Tote 'n Tarry. I could find very little information about it.
