Old trailer ID help

Can anyone point me in the right direction to ID this old trailer?
I noticed it in a small town today and knocked on the door of the house next to it. The owner was there but not overly friendly. She said it was used years ago as a bakery and it has a broken axle and it’s been gutted and had the bakery set up installed. She said plumbed so it’s not for sale and not able to go anywhere so I said thanks and left. If it’s something rare or very desirable I may go back later this summer and explain to her it can be unhooked from the water, electric and sewer and moved but I wanted to see if I can figure out what it is first. I did not get a chance to look it over at all and just snapped this picture quick before I left.

I was thinking it was a late 40s Spartan from some pictures I have seen but don't know much about them

I would also guess Spartan, manor or mansion depending on size.

Probably not worth restoring but might be worth saving to make in.lto another food cart.

Looks a lot like a 1948 Mansion 30 on the Spartan Aircraft Trailercoaches website.

Not looking for one I just drove by it and wanted to check it out. I think they look great. The lady was pretty short with me and since that don't have all that much value I will just let it go.

Yeah, it's a Spartan - but it sounds & looks like it's in pretty rough shape for a restoration. The biggest thing I see is the curved plexi-glass window at the front (which is big "gotta have") has been modified with what looks like a standard flat residential window. What a shame...

Here's what a beautifully restored 1946 Spartan Manor and another 1946 Spartan Manor can look like.

I wouldn't say it doesn't have much value, it's probably worth big $ restored. But unfortunately it will probably cost more than big $ to bring it back.

I'm looking forward to being independently wealthy someday so I can rescue more of them.
