Looking for info - 1969 Avion C10/11

I’ve found an Avion truck camper here in WA I’m looking at picking up to restore. Owner isn’t able to provide a ton of info so I’m here before making the day trip out to take a look. Any information would be helpful! I think it might be a C-11? Seems to have a little water damage around the stove hood (to be expected with age).
