Splinter 3 Rivet Member Vintage Kin Owner Youngstown , Ohio Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 133	Historic License Plates? Saw a question asked on Tin Can Tourists asking "Are all TT over 25 years old considered Vintage, and why not have another level say over 50 years be Antiques?" Would be cool I think. And possibly be able to get Historic plates? Does anyone know if it already exists and if there are such degrees of age?
