Curtis Wright window installation questions

Howdy all. I will be installing 1/8" thick Lexan windows in the Curtis Wright this weekend and had a few questions for those who have done it before. Help! How do you do it? I imagine that you have someone on the inside providing pressure while the outside guy drills holes and temporarily bolts the Lexan through the outside frame and inside window trim. Start at the center top and bottom and work out to the edges. Once the drilling and bolting is complete, I assume that you need to remove everything to make the holes slightly larger for expansion/contraction of the Lexan. I want to then bolt everything together loosely and caulk Sikaflex in the space between the outside frame and the Lexan for a good waterproof seal. Then cinch everything down pretty tight and wipe the excess Sikaflex that has oozed out with mineral spirits and a rag. I really think that putty tape doesn't really provide an excellent seal (source of most leaks for all vintage trailers) for these windows. Anyway, that is the method I think I want to use. If you guys have some insight into the process of installing these Alien eyes, I'd sure appreciate it! Chris

pretty much have the person on the inside use a piece of wood to apply pressure. The bottom trim pieces fit TIGHT and help create the shape of the front. The lexan sits on the c channel attached at the bottom of the window. I strongly suggest getting a pair of seamer pliers you will have to open up the aluminum to get the wood and body panel in there it has been bolted down the new wood and body will not fit I have installed three sets of these the last set on erics came out the best call me if you need John
