Curtis Wright inner end cap removal

Hello all. I need to remove all or part of the inner end cap in my Model 5 CW. There is a large dent in the outer skin that I need to access from the inside. Suction cupping doesn't seem doable. I'd like to remove just half of the inner skin by drilling out the rivets near the center of the inner end cap and taking out just one half of it. Seems like less work that way. It seems that one would have to remove the ceiling panels first to access the whole end cap since the end cap is buck riveted where it meets the ceiling panels. These buck rivets are under the ceiling panels and therefore need to have the ceiling panels moved or removed in order to gain access to the buck rivets to drill them out. Does anyone have a better way to remove the end cap? I feel that I can save a lot of time and frustration by removing only the one section. Any thoughts? Gracias! Chris

Chris, Do half the roof at a time. Unscrew the left side and let it hang why you get at the rivets then attach it temporally and do the other side.
