Nope. The weight will be okay with some "ifs' below. I helped my father with this conversion back in the early '80's on his 28' '75.
ETN550 did a very nice job on an
SS battery box on his '83. His thread is outstanding for all sorts of stuff.
Yours will be of different shape and placement (more similar to what is on my current '76), and you'll want to start from scratch as the old box "plate" is likely as much rust as metal by now. Those TROJANs are heavy. This would also be the time to scrape, sand and repaint the whole of the A-frame. Look up POR-15. And inspect the coupler that it is not worn out. Same for safety chain attachment. Whack 'em and pry at 'em as a test (not conclusive, but a start). The breakaway switch is only good for about 3-years, so expect that it is already toast. Etc.
Be sure the 6V conversion is what you want. There are arguments pro & con (and some good threads to read here,
BartS did, IIRC, have some insightful comments.) There are also threads on RV.net. See also anything online by
Phred.
And you'd do yourself a favor by weighing the tongue before, during and after to understand any TW changes. An
SS can be towed by a big car, but a heavier TW starts to limit TV choices.
