I just wanted to show everyone the two dinettes that we're putting in our 20' Travelux. We took out the side couch that was extremely uncomfortable and decided to go with two dinettes. The thinking was we could leave the front down as a bed and leave the side up for morning coffee on those am's when it's not so nice outside and the other person (usually my husband) wants to sleep. We used cypress as the frame with Wacky Wood as the center curve and veneered 1/4" plywood with white birch. I finished them with boiled linseed oil and about 7 coats of amber shellac. They are very lightweight but also sturdy. Our next project will be the kitchen bathroom cabinets. Stay tuned!
Looking Great! Ive go a 21' Travelux that I'm remodeling. I started from the other end and will be doing the dinette this winter, so I'll be watching for tips. Thanks for the posting.

Well we've done a few more things to our trailer. We keep plugging away at it. We still haven't gotten the kitchen done but it is the last thing to be done. We put in new end panels and the bathroom, as well as cushions and curtains. We use it as it is and have been going out every 2 weeks with it to the Adirondacks.
