Post 1965 Streamline Duke - INFO REQUESTED

Just acquired a 1965 Streamline Duke in GREAT condition. No leaks. Most things working. No apparent rust. Have all the original interior parts including divan and table. I have some of the original paperwork, but would like to acquire owners books, etc. Even if you could scan a digital copy this would assist me. I would very much like to acquire any information on service, repair etc. I am a former Navy F-14 technician, so I can feel my way through the unit, but I do like my references. I will post more pictures in the gallery soon (if I can figure out how to do that), but I welcome any input or questions about my work. This is my first trailer, and my first restoration, albeit a mild one. I would enjoy conferring with anyone else working on campers of this period, especially in the area of parts location, or picture identification.

I have a 66 Duke. It's a great trailer. congrats. Here is a brochure that came with mine. Even shows the original cost printed on it by buyer. I've been through most of it, installed a grey water tank, a tankless hot water heater, replaced grease seals in hubs. The brochure seems to be the only ownrs manual.
here's the link to brochure

Here's a link to photo's of my trailer

Good luck

Don't suppose you could scan that to an .pdf version? I'd be glad to shar emy owner's manual with you in exchange. I got a copy which was scanned to OCR and I am proofing it for distribution. It's about 80% complete right now. Good stuff in it.

We all want pics, too, guys. Little there is that is as cool as a Streamline. I try to tell folks about the all-aluminum cabinetry but I figure only pics of the inside and out of those will make more believers. Sad, IMHO, that the other makers didn't follow this example.

Hello all!
I have just begun restoration of a recently acquired ~64 Streamline Duke!
I am looking for any/all documentation that folks may have (I have none).
I am willing to create a web page archive of such if one does not currently exist.

Specifically, I am looking for some documentation on how/where the wiring is laid out. Any help greatly appreciated.

I will post a few pics of this project shortly.
Thanks!
-Rob

Rob,
I'll gladly share my information with you. I'll need your email address to share my online pdf library with you though. You can send that email in a private message to avoid broadcasting it to possible spammers. Post some pics of your trailer in the registry!

Your Dukes are magnificent. I love the '60's. I just bought a '70 or '71 *not certain yet * Duchess & cannot find a brochure or much info on Tom's site. I'll need logo's & some gold trim replaced & I wanted to write to Tom for help finding what I need. I saw the photos of his Duchess.

Just wanted to say hi & let you know how much I love your Dukes. The Streamlines seem to be very good quality trailers. My Duchess will need a lot of TLC. The PO took it back & forth from AZ to Alaska every year for several years so it's seen a lot of road miles.

Love to see the inside! I got lucky with mine in that all the original stuff was there except the bed. I even have the original Divan in the kitchen.

Send a message via Yahoo to jgbyler
I have the 1971 Dutchess Regency Gold and have the entire manual. If you'd like a .pdf of it, I'm happy to scan and send it over.

Hi Larry, We just started searching for an owner's manual for our 67 Streamline Duke and found this forum. We noticed messages between other Streamline owners looking for this information. Do you still have a sharable PDF? We would appreciate any help you could offer.

Larry!
I am the proud new owner of a 64 Duke and would be so grateful for ANY literature you could share. Mine is also has most of its oirginal fixtures with some minor exceptions but I would LOVE to bring it back to its ORIGINAL splendor.
Thanks in advance!
Linda
