A couple months ago, Susan and I were driving by our local Texas Road House after dark. I glanced over and noticed that their large neon sign read, "Texas Road Ho". I wish I'd stopped and taken a picture.

Those of you who live in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico or Colorado probably know this spot. AND while the nearby campground has no water or electricity, it's a delightful place to camp.
