September Photo Contest "Labor of Love"
I'd like to first thank Chris of Taos, NM for selecting my photograph as the winning entry for the August photo contest...it is certainly is a favorite of mine and lends itself to interpretation.
That said, I'd like to welcome all of the members of our forum to September's edition of our monthly photo contest simply titled, "Labor of Love." I am choosing this title for many reasons, some may be obvious, others not. September is a favorite month for my wife and I, as it signals the beginning of our Airstream travel season which generally ends around Memorial Day. For many of you, Labor Day may signal the end of your travel season. But, whatever the case, September is a month of change as in weather, colors, shorter days, the season's last hurrah and celebration of Labor Day. Whatever the case, I'd like to encourage all of the members of our forum to participate, comment and even critique the photos posted.
I realize "Labor of Love" can be interpreted in many ways and that is the point. We all want to see your interpretation. It may be your Labor Day Celebration, the Airstream that you have labored on, the serenity of your campsite or simply...
You decide. I encourage everyone to participate no matter how accomplished you may be or what kind of photo gear you use. The beauty of these contests is that everyone with a camera or cell phone can and should participate. A few words about your entry would also be appreciated. Please pass the word and lets make this month's contest a fun one.
This is kind of a hectic month for me as I am traveling with my job until the 10th and leaving in the Airstream on 14th for Montana...I'll do my best to stay connected so start uploading and enjoy September's "Labor of Love."

The concept is brilliant and unless my fellow streamers start helping me out with a submission or two I'm doomed and you win.... The quality of the photo however is as poor as it appears my theme for the month was.
Calling all members..... Is it time for a mid-stream theme change??? I'm feeling pressure! Pictures anyone?

Mark, I don't think people can find it. The photo contest is always posted in the Photograph section under Airstream Lifestyle.

Fly at night, good observation maybe a mod can move it for him. That way the instructions are close at hand also.

Thanks to all for your assistance in moving this thread. Unfortunately I've been a poor host so far due to work obligations. I hope to have a bit more time in the coming days. Some nice recent submissions will I hope inspire others to participate in this month contest.

"Reunification"
The body (shell), meeting the soul (chassis). To once again become whole.

Thanks to those who have participated so far in this months photo contest. There are some nice entries. I was hoping to see some photos of Labor Day outings with the AS or whatever creative photos you might have that show you enjoying your AS.
I apologize for not being more involved in this months contest as I'm now on the road myself in Utah, headed for Wyoming and Montana. A Busy month for sure but I'll keep an eye out for your postings.... Give it a shot.
