Thanks to everyone for posting pix of their AS! What a wonderful tour around the states as I sit snuggled by the fireplace. Keep those pix coming!

Oh, where are my manners?
Anyone for a glass of wine or a beer? And there's always a fruit bowl. Have a seat and enjoy the view

Oh thank you wippi, don't mind if I do! Just a little Yes the view is lovely. Where are you camped? The CCD really brings the outside in without distracting from the scenery. I do like the electric blue too.

I need to do a little house cleaning. This is what happens when your trailer gets hit and sways so badly it scuffed up the sidewalls about two inches.

Oh No Michelle, you must have been really shaken up to see yourAirstream all shook up like that. I hope they get you a nice settlement from that patrolman who took no notice of what...an entire 50?? foot rig... before he slammed into it! Is that you that lump in bed trying to keep the light of day out?? Ahhh, poor Michelle. You're the super trooper.

Carol,
I was pretty miffed. Second time everything ended up in the isle. This time covered in glass. I expect I will get my deductable back. State Farm is going after the police department.
The lump in the bed is what I call the "perfect man" cuddles when I want and never asks for sex. It is a body pillow. I like for keeping my legs and arms straiter.

The top 4 were at Redwood Trails RV park, Hwy 101 on the California north coast a couple of years ago. Proper lighting makes it seem like boondocking.
The bottom two were at Doran Beach State Park CG at Bodega Bay, CA for the 15th anny. Highly recommend that place if you get out this way.

Great thread! I love seeing what everyone has done with their Airstreams. I have a question, some of you have pretty light colored sofas/beds. I have been looking at fabric and cannot decide what to use without breaking the bank. Do you have indoor/outdoor fabric, did you just pick what you liked and not worry about it, did you treat it with a stain protectant. Thanks in advance, I appreciate it.

Go light. Dark colors close a space down. Spring for leather if you can.

Yes! I do want light. I really don't want to spend that much on leather but I would love it, I know. Vinal is out of the question because we are in south Texas and it is HOT and sticky. I found some fabric that I really like. It's upholstery weight material. I am just worried about stains and such. I don't want to be concerned that something will happen to it while we are on vacation. Do you treat it with something? or should I buy a different kind of fabric like indoor/outdoor material? I really didn't see anything that appealed to me in the indoor/outdoor fabric.
