Ry Cooder. The Airstream is Old Grandad, the 1937/38 Airstream Clipper that is owner by Airstream. The album was released in 1970, but to the best of my knowledge, Airstream did not acquire Old Grandad until "about" 1977 (exact date unknown). Thus there is an air of mystery regarding how this album cover came to be.
