June 2018 Photo Contest-Its Bedtime!
Since InterBlog handed me the opportunity to select a theme for this months contest, here we go!
"Its Bedtime"
Everyone has seen it, the dogs took over the bed, huge morning hair from under the covers, kids asleep before they made it to the bed...
In addition to theses;

One additional rule; keep it family oriented!

As a starter, how about 'it's time for A bed'?

Behold my boondocking game-changer - the NEMO Disco 15 extra large down sleeping bag.
We boondock almost exclusively, sometimes in very cold weather. Given that we have an Interstate, and an older one at that, we are severely limited on propane, so I can't crank the furnace. The only way to deal with that is to find some kind of a bed solution that is extra-warm, but I detest conventional sleeping bags because they are so restrictive to movement. I found this one last year. Its generous sizing makes it sleep more like a bed than a bag. I have not had a single uncomfortable night since I got it. NEMO makes a variety of extra-wide bags for exactly this reason - because there are so few good options on the market. Sweet dreams for those of us who are snoozing in challenging conditions. ZZZzzzzzz....

What a nice turn, a down feather option and all the others have 'gone to the dogs'.
Great stuff and 3 more weeks to go!

It's ok if I'm disqualified for stretching my understanding of this month's contest - but bed and bedtime for Daisy are wherever and whenever she wants...to wit:
On her special outside camping bed...
On the couch in the dining area....
In the tow vehicle on the way to camping...
On a pillow by the door...
On the kitchen table....
And making herself safe from the smoke of her peoples' campfire inside on her bed (even though we want to think it's ours....)

Guess I was too tired to take the picture.

Bedheads + Coffee
Probably a record for the most bedheads drinking coffee in a 22 sport.... And you can't even see the 90 lb dog on the floor.

I only know how to use the app - there's a paper clip that brings me to my photo album on my iPhone. Or the camera icon lets me take a new pic to upload. Good luck.

Yes - bloodhound. We call her a bucket of sugar soaked with maple syrup and covered with fur.
Speaking about sweet - love your traveling companion. Any bedtime shots! [emoji3]

June 2018 Photo Contest-Its Bedtime!
First, she put her head on the bed. Then she put her front feet up. She stretched out her torso. Then up came her back legs. Here, she's curled up behind my legs with her head on my wife's lap. Happy camper!

Yup. They do that...when you least expect them to. And very gently so as not to disturb sleeping humans.
‘Titus’. 150 pounds...daughter, maybe 110 max at that time.
