Beastie midway through the Cumberland Gap (between Tennesee & Kentucky)
Always an 'adventure' driving through the Cumberland Gap - Beastie managed just fine following the Beast thanks to the Husky Centerline Hitch.

Arches NP
This was taken at Arches NP. Something about the yellow & red tones of this photo that just makes you gaze at it for a few minutes. This was from our recent 16 day/16 state trip. 5555 miles travelled, and smiles on our faces the entire time. About 20 minutes after this photo was taken, we had dime sized hail for about 5-7 min. All traffic had stopped. I was praying so hard that Eloise would not be ding'd up. The Lord is good, and Elosie stood tall. Thank you, LORD!
I wish I would have moved the orange cone out of the picture. Arches is truly a stunning NP. We are so blessed to be Americans!

Lolo Pass
We were on the way home from Glacier NP and happened to see a nice little campground with a lot of room so we stopped for the night. I couldn't resist documenting our Tradewind in the moonlight with the interior lights on.

My summer fun involves "work," but when it's something you love (writing/editing an aviation rag) - it is fun. Right now I'm thoroughly enjoying a contribution by a new writer. Not only is he a first-rate writer, but he is also an an accomplished painter, aviator, and gentleman. I guess you could say he is a true "Renaissance Man."
Add a nice air-conditioned Airstream to work in, a cool drink and the ultimate summer snack (watermelon) - sheer bliss!
