I was forced to look up the word "spirit" to make sure what I thought "spirit" was is correct. Funny thing is, all the definitions could be demonstrated at this past weekends Birthday Bash in Central New York....
For me, the campfire is the heart and soul of a rally. It is around the campfire that people tend to really let go of their pretensions and daily hang ups.
It is around the campfire that people actually relax.
It was not easy as the Canadian unit came prepared and had quite a show. Also consider the UCONN WOMENS representative had an excellent display. GO HUSKIES!!!
I really like this photo because it shows so many aspects of the Airstream spirit.
The fact that the Bakers volunteered their farm for the rally is immensely generous. The location looks just beautiful and the circular layout of boondocking trailers is definitely in the spirit of the Wally Byam days.
The creation of music is certainly in the rally spirit.
The trailers in the background are proudly flying flags which is uniquely Airstream and always shows spirit.
Wow, I cant believe it! Awesome! Thanks Steve, and Ill be sure to start the next contest very soon. We had a great time, and in this picture it shows Michael (Artstream) playing the drums, Antsy McClain playing harmonica and his 13 year old son playing guitar. We had a great time, and it truly was the best rally! Thanks again!

Very Cool Airedale!!! Great photo.. It's Antsy, Michael (Artstream) and Grant who is Antsy's 13 year old son.. Jam session near the campfire.. I love it!!!
