Tough decision! All of the pictures did a fine job of "talking about" escaping the heat, so it had to boil down to the guidelines for landscape photography that I linked in the first post. And, in the end, I think that J. Nelson's picture did it best!

This was taken on the 4th of July at Crater Lake. Escaped the heat all right but about the worst mosquitos I have ever encountered.
