Congratulations!! A much deserved winner.
Notes for next month:
I am beginning to understand how this game is played. If it looks like a turkey; it probably is.

Whoops!
Okay, folks, I dropped the ball on asking for a volunteer to host the February photo of the month contest. Normally I put out feelers around the 20th of the month for the next month, but I was in a drug-induced stupor at the time.
Sooo, anybody that wants to volunteer for the February photo of the month, let me know. Think of the glamour and glory of being the photo of the month host, being able to judge the photographic acumen of your fellow Airstrem enthusiasts.

I really enjoyed seeing all of the pictures. Each had a story that was fun to know. Great choice for the picture of the month though and a tough choice to have to make.

Terry-
No more NyQuil for you! Andre and I discussed this this morning and I will keep it going for February. However, if someone would ike to host March, we would be gratefull for the help. Also we will be posting in the near future guidlines so that anyone who does volunteer will have an understanding of how easy this is and how it works!

Nice choice on the January winner. It's a beautiful picture and couldn't fit the theme any better.

Thank You!!
We've just returned home after being out of town and are absolutely elated with the photo win! And just a tad humbled. We were in the excellent company of so many terrific shots and, of course, there is no bad photo of an Airstream! Thanks Rick and Sandi---and all those generous comments are very appreciated!
Janet and Terry
And there's a beautiful full moon shining on her again tonight. Great timing!

Congratulations JanetB. Seems to me I had predicted this back in July. I knew it was only a matter of time and submission before one of your excellent photos caught the eye of a judge. Keep up the good work.
Perhaps you could share the details of your photo/technique with all the budding shooters out there?

Question for JanetB: How did you manage to get an eight-pointed moon shot? Our moon doesn't sparkle. Did you use a special filter? Curious minds want to know.
