So... was bopping westbound across Ohio I-70 and stopped at dusk at a rest stop east of Springfield...

The walking paths looked like they ran out of budget to complete/groom picnic spots yet had funky deep-orange low-pressure sodium site lighting working - trees and sapling trunks had been grubbed up and pushed over but not hauled away...

I braved the after-sunset mosquitoes and stretched my legs and found myself spying on a >WOOD DRAGON< and got a couple iphone photos of it just to prove they are REAL!

Cool photo!

I don't know about a "wood dragon" but I do see a gorilla in the shadows!

Double rainbow this summer traveling after a thunderstorm. Note law of physics anytime you have a double rainbow the colors are always in reverse order of each other [emoji848]

Thank you Bob and Nelson for your photos. The pooch and pirate pic made us laugh and the double rainbow was a beautiful shot. I can’t remember my physics on spectroscopy but can appreciate the right brain aspect [emoji18]

Okay, here's another...

Weird - I had no words at the time, although "it" did match the yellow aspens nicely....

We were off road on a small 4-WD trail for a little fall-color last September and came across "this" in off a little narrow access road between Nederland & Black Hawk (middle of nowhere!). They were nice enough to pull over so we could pass. Ducky.
