Camping in GA

One of my favorite Pictures when Camping at Kings Bay Ga. The Alligator was ten feet from the shore line. The other picture is the lake

Several years back somebody posted a picture of a US Navy Attack Submarine leaving port from the nearby Sub Base at Kings Bay. Great, up close, picture. Showed the conning tower with a couple guys standing watch and part of the aft structure of the boat. One of the best photo's I've seen-ever-of the subject matter.


I know, nothing to do with wildlife or camping, but a great photo taken by a skilled eye.

If its coming from Kings Bay, it is most probably a boomer. that's where they're based.

Great Photo I was wondering how you got the shot as that portion of the base is locked up tighter then Fort Knox.
