1956 Door lock/window relationship

Over the years, and after looking at numerous Flying Clouds of the early/mid fifties......I have noticed a correlation between the broken H-20 Door lock handles and the broken/mangled small opening windows beside the doors. If the handle is broken...the small window is too. It appears as though the ham fist who broke the handle then decides to gain access by breaking (usually prying and mangling the small aluminum window frame, figuring that it is smaller, therefore, cheaper to repair.) right beside the door. PLEASE!....if it is you.....break the large window and do not mess up the small window frame.

By the way.....if you have an extra Flying Cloud small window frame could I get it from you?

No! I am not the ham fist that did the damage here.

"If it can't be reduced, reused, repaired, rebuilt, refurbished, refinished, resold, recycled or composted
then it should be restricted, redesigned or removed from production."

If you mean the small crank operated windows at either end of the front gaucho, I will probably be removing mine as I will be going back in with a dinette and they interfere with the seat backs. How soon do you need one?
