skylight gasket, velcro residue on skylight glass

Does anyone have any idea where I can get the skylight gasket (part #365298 - Tape, foam spacer for skylight; have searched internet and can't find) for replacing ours on our 2008 Basecamp? Also, are there any ideas for dealing with the velcro residue on the glass left after the velcro failed on the skylight? Any ideas for attaching the removable skylight sunshade? Thanks!
