Does anyone know if the furnace will pass through the service opening in bench or does the bench need to be disassembled? Our furnace will not light and has the "one red flash per 3 seconds" code which is more that likely the sail switch. Without an access door on the outside the only way to get to it is pulling the unit.

That's interesting, I thought that all 16's from 2020 on up had Truma Combi's ?

In 2023 they switched to a Dometic furnace and Suburban on demand water heater. I'd rather it had the Truma, we had one in a Winnebago Era Sprinter class B. I really liked it.

Ah, thanks for the update. I too had a Truma in our Cricket Trek, absolutely the best dual purpose water heater/furnace out there! Leave it to AS to de-content with absolute garbage. If I could find a unit I'd retro fit my Basecamp 20x.
