VIN number

Where is the VIN number located? I sent in for a title and I put the serial number instead of the VIN number.

Thanks! Any idea how hard it might be for me to get a bonded title? This thing has been sitting on a deer lease for many years and the title was lost a long time ago. It has changed owners several times since 1973. I sure hope I get the clear title in my name soon.
