Step Replacement needed for '71 Land Yacht
I need to replace a rusty step on a 1971 Land Yacht. Can't find any that fit from typical supply houses. One-step's don't leave enough step clearance from mounting plate. Two-step models only appear to be available from 1972 on. Does anyone know where I can find a suitable replacement. Thanks!

I don't know if 1971 is any different, but here's what I did with out 1970 step. I just cut the plate out of the centre and made a new one.
The two parts are plug welded to look like rivets along the front.
We had it galvanised along with the chassis.
