Scrapping and Parting out '72 International
I have found a woman in my area that is wanting to get rid of a 32' 1972 International. I was looking to get some parts from her obviously neglected shell of an Airstream. I'd being using them on my '72.
She however is not in the place to let it go to parting out and wants me to take it off her hands in entirety. I have really no interest in doing so unless I can get the few parts I want and then sell the rest to recoup my labor costs.
There is absolutely no interior. But the shell is in pretty good condition. Would anyone want to buy panels, segments, or windows for their own trailers and builds?
I'll post a couple pics later this eve.

Ok. Here we go go. I'm parting this out and tearing it down. The frame is beyond repair and the title is gone.
I'm stripping it down to windows, door, and panels or skins. Anyone have an interest in any parts? Let me know.

Here's more info. This is for those people that may need a couple body panels or windows/ frames. I'm literally cutting this into pieces and recycling what I can't sell or use. If there is anything you want from it. I'll cut it out for you and we can talk about selling and or shipping. I'm open to any offers you give, as I would rather see these items used than to be thrown out.
And before anyone gets all heartfelt over this trailer meeting it's end... I too am a bit sorry to see it go this way, but there are problems that would not be able to be overcome with a simple overhaul. It's beyond the point of resurrection unfortunately. I've taken several items from it to put into my '72 and I'm sure others out there would love to use it for the same. Please let me know if you see anything you're interested in.
Things of note. Dent-less skins for the most part. Straight window frames. Glass is all in tact. Internal frame members are in good shape. Axels have seen little to no mileage although are vintage ages. Several moldings are available and quite clean. Screen frames are in good shape and ready for new screening. Door frame is in great shape. Door is in decent shape, minus lock and hinge.
I'm in the Silicon Valley and all parts would have to be shipped or picked up locally. I'll accommodate the best I can. And will handle shipping small items, but you will need to figure out your own shipping for anything larger than a small box, ie. body panels.
I could also be open to letting it all go to one taker if that's the best option and someone is interested. If I don't hear from anyone on this idea, I'll most likely be posting items in the classified separately.

I have been looking for the M's in airstream for my 1973. Any Chance of getting two of those?

Needing rear roof panels
I have a 72 ambassador and a tree fell on it. I need the right rear corner rooof and the center panel above the rear window and the rib that supports the rear sections in the ceiling. that can be cut 2' from the floor and I can slice it in.
Where are you located and how much for those 3 parts?

Sorry. I have already done something with the Lettering. I made a sign for the previous owner who was sad to see the trailer go. So no more letting left. Most of what I have are skins and window frames.
Thanks though.
