Replacing colored striping tape and words

Does any one know of a source for the three different colored stripes and the words "Argosy by Airstream" on an Argosy as in the picture by my "Stumpjumper"? This unit needs repainting and the stipes themselves are showing their age.

Thanks

Out-of-Doors Mart has a lot of decal patterns, but I didn't see yours. However, my neighborhood sign guy has spools of vinyl in just about any color. You could probably duplicate it one stripe at a time, laying darker over lighter. In our case, it was getting the old stuff off that was the biggest chore.

Thanks for the comeback and idea, I'll check with a sign guy up here. If I don't have any luck, I may post here and ask you to check.

Thanks

Replace Blue Stripe

Hi there!

We just recently bought an Airstream Argosy '78 and looking to replace the blue strip as well- it looks exactly like the picture you posted. Did you have any luck with the sign store and vinyl? Does any one know another way to replace the blue strip down the center of the airstream? Thanks!!

I have not chased the sign guys in the area yet, so no, I don't have any as yet. However, perhaps you could be a big help to me. Above the flush is a cabinet, mine is missing the door. Perhaps you could post or send me direct a picture of the cabinets, doors, behind the flush. Thanks so much in advance. If interested, I have started a blog at Arogosy Airstream showing some of what I have done and need to do. More as I progress.
