Portable Stabilizer Jacks vs Power Jacks

I am currently using the aluminum portable stabilizer jacks that came with my 1968 TradeWind. Has anyone mounted power jacks on a vintage frame? I'm not sure if there is enough "meat" in the framing of a vintage Airstream for this upgrade.
Thanks for any info.
