Is my frame ok?

the previous owner had a company come weld, clean and paint the frame to this 76 argosy. Its my first attempt at a restoration, so not exactly sure what to look for. It "seems" stable when walking and lumping around in it, but the part underneath some of the frame seems thin, and several places aren't attached to the belly pan, nor do they seem like they could be. It almost looks like a lip or something is missing. Just wanted to get your opinion on the situation before installing the subfloor. Do I need a new belly pan too?
