Awnings on 1985 Limited

Hi,

We have awnings on a 1985 limited that are for the most part in great shape. However the back bedroom awning is missing. Does anyone know the name of this fabric? If I have the name I have several possible sources that may be able to find it in vintage Sunbrella fabrics. So far Airstream and Sunbrella employees that have been around that long remember it but cannot find a name. Thank you for any ideas or knowledge on the name you may be able to share.

If you contact Zip dee awning’s and ask for customer service, the gentleman there is extremely knowledgeable about the names of vintage fabrics. He will ask for the year and model of the airstream and be able to tell you most likely the name of the fabric. I have the same fabric on my 86 Limited.It has been discontinued. But maybe with the correct name, Sunbrella may be able to come up with something.

Thank you, I tried Airstream and ZipDee and they are also stumped even after research. Everyone remembers it, but no one has the name. It is in photos in the 1985 Airstream catalog. Hopefully someone will know more.
