'71 Excella 500 trailer leveler light

Hi,our trailer has (what's left of it) a RAE Industries level light trailer level on the front. It operated on 2 D cell batteries.Looks like it has a mercury switch in it similar to a house thermostat.Any chance of finding a new/old one to replace it? The cover is broken and internally it's totally unusable.Even a replacement cover would work just for the aesthetics. Were these specific to Airstreams or did other trailers have them? This is our first Airstream. Our first camper ever.Any info would be great. Thanks!

There are all sorts of reliable bubble levels that don't require batteries, they just take a little setup at install time (you'd need a regular carpenter's level to make sure you start out with a level trailer, for example.)

For reference, here's a page of the various ones that CampingWorld sells. I'm sure that many of them are available at better prices elsewhere, I didn't do any price research.
