I have a 1972 Yaht 31 foot Airstream
Sovereign Travel Trailer that has been sitting on my land in the country for years.
(1). No current license plate. My mother thinks I would have to pay for all the past license plates when I get a new license plate. However, it has been parked and not used in years.
Do I have to physically drive it to where (?) to get a license plate?
It is located in Texas, but I live in Shreveport. Can i get the license Plate in Texas since I own land in Texas where it is stored. And I don’t plan on bringing it to Shreveport, Louisiana which is 45 minutes away from my land and the Airstream.
(2) Many people have stopped asking My mother what I would sale it for.....after looking at it..they offered $4,000 to $6,000.
It is not updated, but in good condition except I need to check the a/c and refrigerator as why they aren’t working. I’ve been told a/c just needs to be cleaned as the fan blade is not turning. These people were willing to buy it even with the possibility of these not working.
What is the range that it would be worth - where do I look for a BLUE BOOK PRICE or whatever it is called.
(3) I would like to get it polished because the garage it was under was old and winds took it away. Any advice for places that polish in East texas area? There is a small dent where my Father hit something — on left side in picture.
(4). Since the word “Yaht” along with 1972 31 foot Airstream
Sovereign Travel Trailer — but I could only find “Sovereign 31 foot” when I was looking it up.
(5). The pictures attached has sheets and covers all over the couches and rugs over the carpet. My parents covered it all up to protect the items.
Thank you for any answers.
Rhonda.
