window casings fell off

Roads so bad on I 81/84 esp on the bridges that knocked the bedroom window casings/blinds down and broke all 4 of the little plastic L brackets that hold it around the window. Anyone know where we can find more of those ?
Also rocked the light over the table and it fell down. Roads were horrible thru CT/PA .
