Where can I buy this drapery hardware? HELP!

You can order those clips from any Airstream dealer.

They are called "G" slides we got them at our local Airstream dealer, but they are available at VTS too. There are also "T" slides so make sure you get the right ones. VTS also has several different drapery track options...

well i found the track completely by accident its called recmar curtain track the petite track is the same thing and a lot cheaper or riley designs curtain track
