The wallpaper in the shower of my 91 25' excella 1000 is peeling (has peeled)from the top edges of the wall. Appreciate all your expert opinions re: how to repair/replace or what? Thanks
Thanks for the suggestions. An additional observation: I didn't mention that the top edge has also "shrunk" and can't be forced back to the original edge to re-pin with moulding. As such, if I don't cover it with the Home Depot panels, I'l have to cut off the wrinkled section and leave a bare wall sticky glue surface. If that's the case, any other suggestions?
Yeah, I think wall paper in the shower IS the problem. I'll be interested to hear how the giberflask panels from Home Dopey work out. The entire bulkhead that hides the pocket door needs to be reinforced and/or redone.
I also want to get rid of all the horizontal molding in the shower running along the outside walls. Any idea on how to remove these and fill the holes? I'm assuming the interior skin is aluminum and if painted with something like POR gloss white would be a dandy shower stall.
