Question Vintage Cushions

I just took a complete set of vintage cushions (both sofas) out of my 1965 Caravel and I can't bring myself to use them as templates to make new ones because of their condition. They are really excellent! A greenish plaid with browns and reds woven in. No worn spots, no stains, no holes (expect 2 small ones on the bottom). They really don't look like 39 year old cushions. Is there a market for these or do I just need to get over it and hack these babies up?

Don't be afraid to cut up the fabric covering the foam to and to use them for templates. The foam inside is probably getting brittle and crumbling apart. I know they are on my 1966 Caravel. Good luck. Rose
