Value of Interior Components

We recently purchased a 1974 28' Argosy (28T4V) and have many interior components that we will not be re-using in our restoration and are interested in selling. Since we are not going back original, I have not concerned myself too much with these parts and therefore do not have a good feel for what some of these even are or what their value may be. Does anyone have a good resource or idea of how to evaluate these items?

I have heard that some items (bunks, storage bins) can be somewhat desirable while others may just be junk. I just want to make sure that I am being fair to the buyer and myself when trying set pricing. Below are some photos of a few of the items to help describe some of what I am talking about.

Thank you!
