Scratch and dented inside wall during transport

Hi

We are owners of a 2016 Bambi Sport. We purchased it a few weeks ago as used but without any damage. It was delivered to us a small week after purchase. The outside was perfect so we signed and the driver went off.
When I went inside I noticed the TV dangling in the middle of the bed and looking at it, it had scratch marks on the top corner. Then looking where it might have hit anything I noticed a large scratch and dent on the wall. Its in a very awkward spot where hanging anything does not make sense and also where when goes to sleep and wakes up the first thing they see is the scratch in question.
First thought was to buff the area but the dent in it would still be visible.
We contacted the seller and told them that when we left the unit before transport everything was locked up, the TV got "loose" later. One story was that we might not have locked it up, another that it is known the TV might get loose. We are now so far that they are willing to replace the TV and resolve the scratch/dent when we bring it back up to North Cal (7 hours drive with trailer). We had a local repair look at it and they claimed to replace the dented area, something that might go up in the $2Ks and that its not something that can be done during a couple of hours (ie we would need to lodge near the dealer in Northcal waiting for the fixes).
I have been reading a bit about dents and my questions would be how good repairs like this look like (replacing the dented area inside) and if anyone had success with any other solution to remove the dent/scratch?
Its bad as it looks like now (its functional of course besides the TV) but would replacing carry more risk of awkward looking?
Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks!
