Replace stock slide curtains with another type?

Any ideas for replacing stock slide curtains with something easier to operate? Thanks

mini blinds perhaps. try lubricating the slides on your existing curtains first.

Please elaborate on what you mean by "easier to operate". The reason I ask is because I have the slide curtains in both my Bambi's. The slides in the 2002 work nice and smooth and never hang up or catch. The slides in the '64 Bambi did hang up and catch but a simple cleaning remedied that situation and now they slide smoothly without hanging up. You might save yourself some effort in replacing the window treatments if you try cleaning them first.

Oops, I already removed them. I can put them back but I'd like another style in the trailer. I didn't try cleaning or lubing them first. Mostly looking for alternative types/styles that can work and provide similar protection from light etc. Thanks

I am looking for an alternative as well. When we purchased our '74 Overlander, it was stripped of all original curtains hardware. I'm wondering if we could use something else, or if I should track down some vintage AS parts...

any suggestions?
