Use Sunbrella material. It’s long lasting and easy to clean. Any decent upholstery shop can help you get the fabric, denser foam (which also lasts longer), then sew it up with great precision.

Patiolane.com has Sunbrella fabrics & they will make cushions of you can't find a local person to do it.
I had a local upholstery person do mine but bought the fabric from patiolane.com & the foam from the foamfactory.com

I recovered my 1976 Argosy cushions. If foam not damaged why replace? Mine were 40 years old and still worked fine. Save a bit of money, and had perfect fit.

Like others have suggested, I had a local upholsterer make a new leatherette black center back cushion for my sport dinette area. He perfectly replicated the leatherette, stitch and shape for $200CDN.

Go Local!!
Ditto on everyone’s suggestions to select your fabric and try a local seamstress or upholsterer. I actually had mine covered before we took our second trip out. In the 19’ flying cloud the seat is so close to the sink that I knew I’d be spattering and flinging. The cloth I chose went over the AS pretend leather and when we are ready to sell it the original cushions will be pristine. Just a tip for new owners of new rigs…..

Hello, I purchased a 1999 Bambi, Cushions worn and faded. I took them to a small private upholsterer here in my town and picked out some durable upholstery fabric. Recovered for about $600. The foam is the cushions is really good so I did not need to replace. Best of luck to you.

I like the idea of multiple colors. Will share with my wife for her thoughts as it gives a whole no look

Our 2013 International 23 had been rode hard and put away wet. The inside and cushions smelled like chemicals. The foam smelled too. Total rehab. Upholstery quote was $1200-3000 without foam or fabric. I sew well but had never done cushions. YouTube is your friend-how to videos galore! The Foam Factory in Detroit area was terrific at custom replacement foam ($900) because I’m k/o local I took the old foam there to match. But you can send measurements and they have great CS. I found fabric (online due to the pandemic) for about $250. You can reuse the zippers from your previous covers and the old covers are your pattern for the new ones. Not good at sewing? Ask a local seamstress for help. Good luck!

We took the dinette out of our 2017 25’ FC Safari so that we could have two recliners. Our finish is black leather. These are in conditioned storage. We are willing to part with the cushions and/or millwork / table.

Fabric / Foam
Good luck with your project.
I encourage you to look closely at fabrics. Like others have suggested, the fabric choice should be evaluated carefully. The application is important in that consideration. For cushions that might suffer food stains, a fabric that can withstand cleaning is better verses a light duty cushion back.
Sunbrella is used consistently by Airstream. It is a good quality fabric. They have technical data that can help you make decisions (and coordinate choices for mixing fabrics). The ACT Performance Guideline rating used to be posted (surface wear in # of double rubs, dye transfer, fading, and flame spread). You can order Sunbrella samples of the fabrics shown by color for $4/sample. Once you have a product and color you know you like, the web lets you order it anywhere.
From my experience, I recommend a thicker fabric for the seating cushion.
Good luck, it is a significant decision that will change the look of your trailer.

There are 11 covers, I’ll lay them out with tape measure. I am technically challenged with regards to how to upload pics to this site. Here’s my email, it may be easier to send them this way. fmcnamara62@gmail.com

SailRite (a fabric, boat covers, parts, sewing machine company) is currently doing you tube videos on redoing a RV. Their videos are very concise. They cover measurements, fabric types and sewing methods. After watching some of the videos the way they break it down makes it feel more manageable.
SailRite also sells interior sunbrella and other upholstery fabrics.
A local upholsterer here advised us one way to do seating is to layer your foam choices. Choose a firmer foam in several inches then apply a softer foam with less density on top of that. The softer too layer gives you something to sink into when you sit down but the bottom more dense layer keeps you from sinking to the bottom.
SailRite was mentioned here on the forum by another user. After looking them up they have become a valuable resource for me. Thank you to whomever the first poster was I have appreciated the sharing of information here.
