Re-Upholstery What can I expect to pay?

Changing the decor in our 99 Safari starting with the front couch. What is the going rate for Re-upholstery these days? I have the fabric just need a craftsman to provide his or her talent. Suggestions in the Austin Texas area would help too. Thanks

I paid $220 in Houston to an auto upholstry shop to replace and sew a new cover to my 722 Tradewind. They also did the arm rest panel.

Charlie...we recovered the gaucho in our "78" Ambassador last year with "fern green" ultraleather. The material was more expensive than the cost to recover. I took the gaucho to an automotive/rv/boat upholsterer and paid $150.00. It sure makes a difference in the looks of our "Island Girl"...

Just had my gauchos recovered. The cost of buying new foam was 50% of the cost. I thought I might be able to re-use my old foam to save some $$$ until I sat on new foam and realized how much more comfortable it was. I suggest you do the same so you won't go to the expense of recovering and then later regret you didn't buy new foam.
