Painting the vinyl coated...

I need a primer to paint the vinal-clad aluminum interior panels of my '77 as the black mold has stained them....I've scrubbed and rinsed the panels and need a primer that sticks....also what can I use for a top coat? Anyone tried this with good results?...LMK geof
