New Curtains - My wife's hard work.

I just wanted to show off my wife's hard work on our new curtains. I think they turned out great. It makes the Globetrotter Pop! I just have to finish the counter tops back splashes to finish it out.

Thanks Honey!!!!!!!!!

Those curtains look great. Airstream curtains are not an easy undertaking.

Very fun! Looks like a great job. Did you have the old ones to use as a pattern? I'm going to give this project a shot sometime in the future.

Debbie,
I think she did have the old curtains as patterns. We actually bought curtains from Target and resized them. She then copied those and we have two sets of curtains up. They provide insulation and block out the light as well. We removed the bottom tracks for the curtains so that they can hang free.

Great job, and the fabric works well with your vintage trailer! I am going to be doing this same job soon, so nice to see something different.

I was visiting with an Airstream buddy recently and learned what it cost to have new drapes made for his trailer and I was shocked. Your wife did a great job not only do they look great but you saved a bunch too. My wife made the ones in our TW.

They look amazing! Did your wife use the existing hardware to mount to the curtain rod? I just made a curtain to replace the accordion blind and the hardware was the hardest thing to find. If she has a better idea for affixing the curtains to the curtain rod, I'd love to know!
Thanks for posting the photos!
